As Senior Director of Product Management at Sandvine, I lead a team focused on developing and implementing strategic vision and new product initiatives around data, analytics, and AI/ML services. I have been instrumental in disrupting network capacity planning with a patented QoE-based data & analytics framework, leveraging ML/AI data models to deliver 2-5% CapEx/OpEx savings in Telco. Moreover, our solutions enriched Telco's Big Data teams with innovative AI-based traffic classification and QoE data to unlock new optimization and monetization AI-based services.

At Sandvine, I was appointed by C-Level to transform and relaunch the company's S&M Program to improve revenue predictability, which represented 1/3 of the company's revenue or $80M, and transitioned the company's business model from HW to SW to increase the company's valuation.

At Cisco, I was promoted to the Mobility CTO office after being instrumental in steering new company acquisition to the #1 market share in the US, propelling revenue from $10M to $70M in 3 years and replacing existing customer solutions in all Tier 1 customers in the Americas and consistently exceeding my quota up to 220% while leveraging Cisco's Corporate strategy around Software Defined Networking (SDN), Network functions virtualization (NFV), and Cloud Native Network Function (CNF).

Pre-Sales Manager (mBalance/Tekelec/Private Equity/Oracle)
Grew professionally from Pre-Sales engineer in a Dutch startup at mBalance to lead Pre-Sales of multiple business units in the Americas at Tekelec through the successful transition to Private Equity ownership, multiple company acquisitions, steering the transition to new product lines, and contributing to a massive revenue uplift from $50M to $250M in 3 years before Oracle's acquisition.
